1. For Chinese uppercase amounts that end at "yuan", the character "zheng" (整) should be written after "yuan";

2. For Chinese uppercase amounts that have "fen" (分), do not write "zheng" (整) after "fen";

3. Chinese uppercase amounts should be prefixed with "RenMinBi" (人民币);

4. Uppercase amount numbers should be written in regular or running script, such as 壹、贰、叁、肆、伍、陆、柒、捌、玖、拾、佰、仟、万、亿、元、角、分、零、整, etc.;

5. When there are "0"s in the lowercase Arabic numeral amount, the Chinese uppercase should follow these rules for using the character "zero" (零):

• When there is a "0" in the middle of Arabic numerals, the Chinese uppercase amount should include the character "zero" (零);

• When there are several consecutive "0"s in the middle of Arabic numerals, the Chinese uppercase amount may only include one "zero" (零) character;

• When the ten-thousand or yuan place of the Arabic numeral amount is "0", the Chinese uppercase amount must include the character "zero" (零);

• When the tenth (jiao) place of the Arabic numeral amount is "0" but the hundredth (fen) place is not "0", the Chinese uppercase amount must include the character "zero" (零).
